It's been great to work for a company like Samsung for the past 4 years, but I would really like if we old employees are valued more. The work I did at Samsung got me to a whole new level which is beyond incomparable. So, no matter what I will always root for Samsung as my family.

I would like the team to value the employees based on their contribution, knowledge and experience within the company.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The compensation team should check the ratio of what old and new hires have been given. Feels like old employees are being underrated, whereas the contribution done by them is much more.
