Good company, with good benefits, and great potential, however no much opportunity to grow. Promotions take long even if performance was evaluated as very good ("exceeding some" ). Salary is much lower than in the top tech companies. Also, R&D is mainly D and not much R: this is the main limitation.

potentially a great company to work for, however, extra work and results are not rewarded with either higher compensation or more flexibility to company policies
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
highly dependent on manager, VP etc

I appreciate a system of reward based on performance.

availability, politeness, skills, education, communication
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
for same year of experience, I would expect higher salary
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
some coworkers seem to be more interested in a competition rather than a cooperation
What makes you most happy at work?
It used to be food :) , but the quality of the meals got drastically worse
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
expecting to work 12 hours a day and also over the weekend shall be for an emergency and shall be compensated (most of all considering that salaries are not the most competitive)
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
all of the sudden too much pressure, very little flexibility. I am expected to work extra hours but in the last years my bonus was cut because of company performance. At the same time the company is not flexible with their policies.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am underpaid for my experience. Despite my manager and VP pushed for promotion, HQ did not approve because I have been less than 3 years in the company or because of the financial situation. However, this approach is not going to be an asset for the organization. Career growth is too slow here.
