Lots of promise, but the company is lacking the necessary leadership to make the changes necessary for us to become at least reasonably competitive

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

More accountability, less bureaucracy, more transparency

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Overall package /bonus is good

Improve clarity of roles and responsibilities and improve on taking ownership

Improving Samsung's ability to be competitive in all aspects of how we do business.

Coworkers need to follow through on their commitments that they make to my customers

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Better understand the business conditions and competitive landscape and implement appropriate actions to enable Samsung to grow.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Need to make significant changes in our business processes and responsiveness to have a chance of being competitive

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Bonus scheme is competitive, though the recent change for Sales to move from quarterly to bi-annual bonus is not typical for a Sales organization.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Samsung has some great individuals however there are many areas that need to be improved in order for use to be truly competitive (according to my customers)

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

More focus on improving how we do business - reducing unnecessary overlap between DSA and DSK, enabling more empowerment and authority for local teams, improving clarity on who owns what in DSK and DSK team taking ownership for things they own
