I am having a good time with both the technical material I deal with and with the co-workers from my site, from San Jose and from Korea. I have been with the company for 14 months, which went by like 14 weeks. Looking forward to more!

good relationships between co-workers and a positive attitude that is inspired from above.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
That they are not only good people managers but also bright engineers that can participate in deep engineering discussions.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The health insurance, which includes a good discount for gym membership, is great. And also the 401k matching.
What makes you most happy at work?
Discussions with co-workers and collaborative work. I don't like being stuck in my cubicle for the whole day. My greatest satisfaction comes from positively impacting others, particularly more junior engineers and interns. When I retire I'll become a teacher.
