The responsibility wise, I like it, but there is no growth for my personal career and company does not support my position to grow within the company and the team.

people are courteous and try to engage each other.

Under the strong leadership by the lab leader, people are working on the project with the clear goal and directions.
What makes you most happy at work?
Love to see the closure for my tasks and being proactively work on my responsibility for the team and get acknowledged by the team.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Executives from DSK are not understanding the US work environment and try to save money on employees' benefit like medical insurance and stuff is not very good. At least that's the impression I got these days. one of the reason the talents are staying at SSi is the benefit that company offer.
