They are all hardworking people that you know truly care about the company, their colleagues (that includes all employees), their customers and other stakeholders. They don't sugar coat company challenges & they celebrate employee successes with sincere appreciation. They're all very approachable.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are there to support our customers and each other. It's an obvious undercurrent in all our meetings, communications, etc. It's right in the SAP Vision statement and we all embrace that. "Our vision is to help the world run better and improve people s lives."
