Compensation is extremely low. Need to provide more stocksor cash

I think SAP can pay a little bit more than what it currently does. A 20% hike in compensation will bring it in race with above avg paying companies

When I interviewed many years ago, the interviewers were very thorough, knowledgeable, very clear and concise and excellent listeners. It was half day of interviews and I was exhausted after the interview. Not because of the interviewers, but of the stress of my preparation for the interviews.
