They are all hardworking people that you know truly care about the company, their colleagues (that includes all employees), their customers and other stakeholders. They don't sugar coat company challenges & they celebrate employee successes with sincere appreciation. They're all very approachable.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Honesty, transparency would go a long way

get people more motivated on the job and complete their own jobs like some cross funtional topics and get the resources and agreement ready

Growth mindset and accountability and ability to lead

Favorism is a priority not MBOs, skill, experience, etc

Managers and supervisors worry about themselves and disrespect employees and look down on them. NO bathroom breaks ,15 min break what is that?

Setting clear, actionable goals and instructions and realistic deadlines. This amount if disorganization is embarassing for a company this large.

Prioritization. Bias for action. Not micro managing

Managers ignore data. Our statistics clearly state that women and minorities do not feel valued, opinions are not respected, yet despite this situation becoming worse in our region - management starts making excuses.

Better evaluations. For some reason SAP started micromanaging employees.

Respect and listen their teams

Learn how to run a company

Vision , strategy, result or market oriented than internal territory management

Communication, foresight and start listening to what is actually happening

Internal politics needs resolving, and each employee profile needs to have a clear progression path otherwise it's left to local managers who base it on who they're personally closest too.

They need to take care of the team properly and solve internal disputes without bias towards teammates with higher authority

Focus on people, especially during Covid-19 Times. Stroger message of confidence in the business
