SAP Environment Employee Reviews

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

People tend to support each other

It is a very inclusive company that allows anyone to be themselves

the only good thins is always have chance to change the position

Given time to learn and implement

Review from Engineering Dept

While we are asked to do a number of difficult and challenging task in a short time there are always someone who is willing to lend a hand if you need one.

Knowledge Pool is Widely Available; Everyone likes to help each other

Review from Customer Success Dept

not being forced to go into the office. finding innovative ways to work as a team across multiple time jones

GOOD GOOD GOOD GOOD GOOD

Eagerness to change, Intent to help customers and adapt our portfolios to best of breed competitors offerings

Balanced work life, in general people are nice. The German leadership and culture that pervades many parts of the company (even in places like the US) is what has kept me here for so long.

I am involved into important decisions. There aren't crazy time estimates of projects and tasks. All are very realistic.

Everyone is really easy to get along with. I have support of my collegues in accomplishing my work

diversity and inclusive, good compensation

Review from Sales Dept

Is transparent, supportive & diverse

Review from Customer Success Dept

the company has a clear mission and purpose

We are there to support our customers and each other. It's an obvious undercurrent in all our meetings, communications, etc. It's right in the SAP Vision statement and we all embrace that. "Our vision is to help the world run better and improve people s lives."

openness learning interactive growing evolving

Review from Engineering Dept

optimistic, looking ahead to the next big thing in the cloud wars

Inclusive environment with flexible schedule and remote work.

Collaboration at work with different teams

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Need to slow down, and become good at what is currently being done, before speeding up. I believe the culture of constant change (looking for the next new silver bullet) can often be counter-productive.

Review from Engineering Dept

Managers and supervisors need to change their attitudes and be helpful and take 30 sec to meet people . When I started NO one told me there names. As if I was just another number that started .

More definite decisions swiftly. More communication on team responsibilities

Well to actually be much more free to express your emotions and opinions, and not being valued less because of being different. Senior colleagues should start respecting the ones with less knowledge

Just implement what's already in letter

MESouth leadership and to have sAP rules implemented in MESouth

Less focus on just sales, and more towards building a better more sustainable relationship with customers.

Focus on People development and career growth. Managers must play their part.

Review from Sales Dept

The Managers in our site should listen more to those people under them especially the ICs. Although not most of them do not really listen.

Review from Product Dept

hire top talent and let people go who is not develop/learning

A Change of higher management

information sharing is poor until something happens or is about to happen- there is no thematic or slogan updates across the culture in all of the Major HUBS

Review from IT Dept

Paying attention to increase management level and avoid Bullying behaviours

Review from Sales Dept

Leadership of the company is very divided between the different lines of business and the board. CEO is not seen as a leader.
