We have an incredible synergy. Despite working remotely, we have occasional in-house meetings so that we can do some team building and bonding, which is great for the way we work together as a whole.

I have no idea what anyone on my team is working on. Team meetings should be about really sharing ideas and successes and not just trying to stamp out the next fire.
