Compensation in current organization is below standard. Compensation should be as good as MNC companies

What are some of the best things about your team?
All work with ownership and maintain good friendly environment, except my manager who is by luck my manager, he does not deserve to be my reporting manager

information sharing is poor until something happens or is about to happen- there is no thematic or slogan updates across the culture in all of the Major HUBS
