I have really enjoyed my time at Sephora, it's fun! As I tell people, no one gets depressed talking about beauty retail. I haven't had the most engaged management but I am able to self-motivate and drive the things I need to get done done, so that' hasn't been a hindrance but of course doesn't help

I have enjoyed my time at Sephora. Even though I have no career growth opportunities within the company, I have felt supported and have taken advantage of almost every opportunity I have had which I appreciate.

transparency - sharing of sales figures, etc.

Collaborative and everyone has a "let's do this" attitude

Achieving the things I set out to do to meet our goals and getting recognized for my hard work

Love that it's a female-forward company. There is very little politics which is nice and people try to help each other out.

Transparency and communication is great, as employees we always are kept in the know around how the business is doing, key initiatives, etc.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It's only the bonus that is making my comp somewhat competitive, without the good level 10 bonuses we have been getting the comp would be below market
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation isn't clearly communicated - it's not known what band you are, if your advanced degree counts towards comp or why you are paid what you are. We are just told that the company analyzes the market and adjust comp to it.
