Get rid of all the executive leeches and fairly distribute their wages throughout the company.

Better wages for caregivers. They do the majority of work in this company, but are paid the lowest.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are determined to give our clients the highest possible care, despite being paid lower than any other caregiving conqpny in the Humboldt area.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
High turnover rate and insane amounts of burnout from depressed employees. All of this could be addressed with competitive wages.
