I enjoy working with the individuals and seeing the growth in them. And having a great team that supports eachother.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I was made to feel welcome. Most interviews are very stressful and mine was laid back and comfortable. it made the experience great.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like my area has alot of long term staff that have been with the company for 5+ years and deserve to be compensated for that as when they were hired the pay rate was less and even with raises new people sometimes make more than them.
