Everyone who works at REM is overworked and underpaid and the clients don't have what they need to survive. There's a disgusting cycle of abuse of clients and staff.

Give us more money and give the houses bigger budgets for food, cleaning supplies, etc

As I've said in every response: PAY US MORE. And give the houses more of a budget for food and supplies.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
More money. I only make $13/hr and I have to feed, bathe, clothe, and give controlled substance medications to severely disabled adults. Would our CEO do that? I highly doubt it.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Nobody gets paid enough so they're all in a bad mood all the time. They only stay to make sure our clients aren't being abused or to keep abusing them themselves.
