This company offer less pay but require their managers to do a lot. They lack in communication and don't care about the individuals. They don't appreciate staff. Majority of the homes is short staff and managers are working doubles with no help from AD or Regional Director. This is the worst place

Area Directors and Regional Director need to be demoted

Get rid of the people that's not really for the individuals

I really don't care they need to raise the pay and then they might can get some staff
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to have a meeting and hear the inputs that our mamngers have as well as their concerns. They need to be more involved with the individuals they serve and not let it be just a money thing
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They don't acknowledge us for the work that we do. Our Program Supervisors are what keep some of Sevita homes together and they need to acknowledge them Program Supervisors, not all need the acknowledgements but the ones that go above and beyond definetly do
