We were told mentor was bought by a new company sevita. Wrong, it was just a name change for the company to distance themselves from all the bad publicity. We were told raises were going to be given. Nothing has increased only the cost of gas to put in our cars to pick up consumers.

Raise the pay and stop making excuses and blaming the government for not giveing you more money for your employees.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Stop pretending that and ignoring that cost of living is going up. You need to actually give staff real raises. There are a lot of programs funded through inland regional center. They pay more to their staff. Stop being greedy and pocketing money to increase upper management salary.
