The clients are what keep me here. Their well being is what matters most. However, to work for a company that bought out the original company i worked for to be just as bad was not expected. They say "competitive pay". Fast food pays more. We are short staffed, over worked, and severely under paid.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My fellow DSP's stick together to ensure that we are there for each other and our clients. Wish that management and corporate did the same.
