What did you like most about the interview process?
Felt like more of a conversation than an interrogation

The 401k match is awesome, especially given we're still a relatively small company
What makes you most happy at work?
As a recent college grad, I bought into the commonly-preached narrative that work and play were going to be mutually exclusive things. The amount I've learned and significant roles I've been able to play so far have given me a ton of fulfillment.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My team somehow manages to work super efficiently while also laughing way more than I feel the average workers laugh in a day. My neighboring team members and I have a silent disco at our desks for 5 minutes a day most days and it's an absolute blast.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Desire to keep the entire company in the loop about the big goals that each team is pursuing, the progress being made on them, and reiterating how much everyone, no matter their role, plays in our success. I'm a new employee and although there's a heirarchy, I'm trusted with meaningful projects
What are some of the best things about your team?
The default is trust. I've been working here 5 months and I get a ton of responsibility- Also, people are not that concerned with titles. If there's work to be done, everyone pitches in. Nobody says "That's not my title so I'm not going to do it." If they have the time, they will do it.
