There's room for error, and it's not a punished thing. We learn and grow from it, and we are able to find the best ways to do things, not do them simply because they've always been done a certain way.
What makes you most happy at work?
Speaking with shoppers who love the company, helping new shoppers through simple issues, hearing members praise a shopper, and helping member's experiences improve. We can turn a negative experience into a positive one just by ensuring the member that they're heard and that they'll be taken care of.
