Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because while I am capable of doing a great job, however the app and the algorithm get in the way and that affects my pay.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Value the people who are shopping for you. List to them when they tell you why their rating does not reflect their performance, but rather the screwed up algorithm that cannot tell up from down. It WAS a great company. Target/Kelly have ruined it. Why?
