They are very collaborative and tend to be informal. Thus, opinions can be shared and heard. Trying to make a difference in the lives of patients and employees.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have a mission and vision of creating "Smiles for Everyone." This mission statement is carried out at the highest level to the hourly employee. We attempt to live out this mission daily from one interaction to the next.
What makes you most happy at work?
The ability to lead and guide like-minded individuals who want to do an excellent job servicing their clients. To exercise the creativity to approach problems and the autonomy to execute on these solutions. The people and the relationships built over the years.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Highly motivated individuals who take pride in what they do and want to provide the best service to both internal and external customers. High degree of empathy in their approach and this results in good outcomes. They feel empowered to do what they need to do to obtain results in their function.
