My boss is physically and mentally controlling. She has had the police called on her several times. And she uses the I sponsor the police to get out of going to jail. She humiliated every co worker in front of each other. I literally cry leaving work every single day.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The boss is extremely positive and nice during interviews. But two days in on the job things turn bad.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Stop letting the same person run everything in office. Let others have a chance to talk or host a meeting.
