What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Better employment opportunities within the company. State Farm likes to fire people every year from December thru March to avoid having to pay out bonuses. A lot of coworkers were fired because of this reason. this is why they have a huge mass hire every year. It truly is sad for employees there

Was a good company to work for that valued employees & customers. It has since changed and neither is valued. I resigned

Accepting that tech moves fast; they need to abandon old tech stack and decide on where to go next before continuing to build up tech debt
