Once you reach a certain point, your salary tops out. I have not had a raise in 3 years.

Too many things are going wrong to get started. The company has to undo a lot of the things it has done the last 5 years.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership has lost touch with the troops in the trenches. They try to do more with less. We are losing quality employees to our competitors.
