They role model our cultural values and are not afraid to have difficult conversations or roll up their sleeves to talk through problems as compared to leadership teams at other companies I've work for.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We collaborate with candor and honesty, I truly feel like my immediate team has an 'in this together' mindset and is willing to solve anything - but not overthink. We're quick to act thoughtfully with a GSD mindset.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was simple, straight-forward and not overly process-driven. I felt, given the role I was interviewing for, we had a great conversation and the interview structure supported us achieving a mutual understanding of one another, our collective goals and if this would be a good fit.
