I've been very fortunate to receive multiple opportunities for advancement and been able to expand my career significantly in my time at Sunrise.

Our ICP is great! Also very happy with PTO.

Contributing my talents to Sunrise's advancement and overall success. Getting tasks done and making progress!

HSA Contribution, little increases in health insurance premiums over the past few years, 401k matching, wellness perks.

They're a great group of motivated individuals. My team is always wanting to learn more and advance their careers.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our leadership says we care about our community and giving back, and we actually do. The words from our leaders mean something.
What did you like most about the interview process?
There were not only questions about my work skills, but also questions about me as a human being and what motivates me.
What makes you most happy at work?
Feeling accomplished and supported by my manager and team. Interactions with members of my team and others throughout the bank. It is rare that I have a negative interaction with a colleague.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I greatly appreciate Sunrise's dedication to our culture and community. I even more appreciate that the dedication to our community extends to ALL areas of our community which are often left behind by other institutions.
