Don't have any through Sunrise. I go through my wife's.

My team works hard and does a great job with keeping on track. They continue to adapt and adjust when things come up.
What makes you most happy at work?
When I can solve a problem for my team. Also, creating new streamlined processes to make my employees jobs easier and more efficient.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I really only have worked under Teri and Melodie. Both of those ladies are great leaders. I currently work under Teri and she always listens and works to find a solution. I respect both of them very much.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like our company deals with much more than a traditional bank due to the National Products programs. I feel that our wages are based on traditional bank averages and does not account for the fintech aspect of the job.
