It has been a positive experience and I feel those that just go through the motions do not survive @ sunrise. that may seem harsh but the environment encourages team members to engage and in turn want to do a good job. if you aren't one to engage you will not buy in and then odds are leave.

supportive at all levels from my team to the leadership team above me

bonus plan that is not a carrot dangled in front of our noses but is actually part of our compensation
What are some of the best things about your team?
the team manages to have fun doing a boring and often stressful job. We find ways to interact remotely that is engaging. the team is supportive of one another.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
we walk the walk at all levels of leadership in my opinion with one of the key values being holding the people and the treatment of the team at the front of the process. that is not a common item in other banks.
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy helping others grow or solution their work problems. the day to day of any job can be mundane but when i get to interact and help team members (and partners) grow in their knowledge or skillset that is the fun part of my role.
