The people I work with.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
That they're easily reachable, vs previous experiences of never getting within 300 ft of the CEO/CFO/etc.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Very, very generous PTO allotment. This is especially true in comparison with other companies that require X number of years to get X number of hours (I know someone who got 4 days PTO the entire year at her job).
What makes you most happy at work?
Freedom to learn and develop new ways of doing things. For reference on previous question -- look forward to work: I said no because I'm not a morning person and I feel as though the 8/8/8 system (8 hr work, 8 hr to yourself, 8 hr sleep) is not good for general life enjoyability.
