I like that they seem to be kind, whereas many companies have hostile leadership teams. Leaders should lead by kindness, and I think they do a good job of that here
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think market data shows my position is underpaid, and I am well educated and have lots of experience. I also think the company could do better about healthcare pricing. I've worked a job where the month cost to employee was $20, and out of pocket max was $2500.
