I have been here a little less than a year. Everyone has been very supportive. Earlier when I started there was very little communication with my boss as he was rarely in the office. Currently We have a new boss and we talk regularly. It has been a great change of pace and I feel room to grow

We work together to find a result and I trust them with anything and I know they will be there for me
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My direct leadership speaks with us on a regular basis. But at the highest level we only hear from them like once a year.
