Once again, I am new here, so I have not yet had sufficient time to form a full opinion. However, from what I have seen it appears to be a good and positive work culture that I am looking forward to working in.
What makes you most happy at work?
I have been looking forward to learning and getting started into my role. I have not worked in banking previously and am excited to learn all of the things that I can.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The PTO is relatively good. I also like that they have gym spaces that are provided that are able to be used. I plan on attempting to use this as much as possible.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I have not met too many coworkers yet, however all the ones I have met are invested in their roles and want to improve and make the workplace as friendly and productive as possible.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I have only met a couple from the leadership team as I am a new employee, however from orientation it seemed that they were very caring and involved in making sure things run smoothly and that everybody gets the best outcome possible.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
So far I am currently in the training phase, however, the training has been comprehensive as well as understanding. It takes time to learn in all of the new information and the training is done in a way that is very beneficial towards learning.
