Since been here almost 2 years, i have felt ive been welcomed into the team and the IT department as a whole and have been able to take part in alot of fun and exciting projects.
What makes you most happy at work?
I like the team work amongst the Infra team, and the boss is pretty cool too.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is generally friendly and working cross team projects, for the most part, is pretty smooth and we can get what needs to be done, done.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are get along pretty well and while we have segmented duties in a certain context, we can all collaborate and get the job done when needed.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I feel like they try their best to determine the best route forward and take the time to understand the needs of the collective teams as a whole.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like how I have been rewarded for the hard work I have been doing and pushing new ideas and paths forward. Also, the benefits as far as the insurance are great because my wife has a chronic illness.
