ICP bonuses are very beneficial and the Bank leadership does a good job keeping the Bank aimed at meeting its goals, remaining profitable, and paying out to it's hardworking employees.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team meshes very well, both professionally and personally. I consider them wonderful colleagues as well as friends. When you care about those you work with, you don't ever want to let them down.

The leadership team goes out of their way to make every employee feel welcomed at Sunrise and leads by example. They embody the culture that we are striving for each and every day. They are always willing to listen and help solve issues that arise.
