Aside for no upward mobility, I love my job and what I do, I just don't think everyone is on the same page as to what we do between Sioux Falls and Corporate. But I can say that it has improved ten fold with Tyler leading us.

I have worked here for 5 years and haven't moved upwards. I have never experienced this anywhere I have worked in past.
