I enjoy people. Coworkers and customers make it a pleasant work place. Usually. Customers can be unpleasant at times.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

I see that I am just being used as a part. They have no future plan for me, and when I request a raise I will be ignored, and if I push the issue, replaced. Recent history would show this is their business model.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

We always do what's right.
