What do you like best about the leadership team?
Transparency, candor & creativity. There is not always a straight line to the answer, we don't have to do it the way we have always done it. Takes risks, try new things and learn from your mistakes.

I love how open to new ideas everyone is-- I have never worked for a company before that truly embraced everything I had to say and was willing to try things out to make things easier for everyone involved in a process.

What are some of the best things about your team?
The team that I am a part of is unlike any other I have ever worked with. We all share the belief that communication is key, and we encourage and inspire one another to be better. I can say that one of the main reasons I look forward to work every day is because of the team that I am a part of.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The more positive thing about our work culture is that I feel as though upper management really cares about the people involved in the process. They are open and supportive, and continuously create a positive environment that sparks passion in all of us.

Meeting lots of people, learning about their jobs. It is about the relationship, so it is a little lengthy.

Knowing that what I do is noticed and utilized to help create new processes and ideas. I feel valued in my position, and that is something that I think a lot of people look for in a career. I feel so blessed to have a career that I find happiness in.
