We all work well together as long as the gm doesnt assume things arent being done to her standards
Just great people that work well as a team
We all get along, but all have the same concerns about scheduling and low pay and there is no mechanism for us to share our concerns.
Everyones strengths and weaknesses are readily apparent and easy to work in a positive manner. Sales staff is non commision so little to no competitivness.

The sales associates are great!it is upper management who have unclear ideas and the inability to control some interpersonal situations that get out of handat work period I am of the firm belief you leave your problems outside the workplace but everybody has their nose in everybody's Business
My coworkers are friendly and very helpful but the comanager was disrespectful.

Stop bully culture, gossip and finger pointing from the top down
The teams are fine. They are just beaten down and see the writing on the wall. No raises to be had, and if they ever do want to try to catch up and pay their employees what they should be making they are so woefully behind they could not do it. Replacing IT dept with contract labor.
