I can't imagine meeting someone new-- and when they ask me where I work, not being able to say "Talbots" with a big smile on my face. This brand has helped me find my purpose, my career, but most of all-- this company has helped me find a place that feels like home.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love how open to new ideas everyone is-- I have never worked for a company before that truly embraced everything I had to say and was willing to try things out to make things easier for everyone involved in a process.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The more positive thing about our work culture is that I feel as though upper management really cares about the people involved in the process. They are open and supportive, and continuously create a positive environment that sparks passion in all of us.
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing that what I do is noticed and utilized to help create new processes and ideas. I feel valued in my position, and that is something that I think a lot of people look for in a career. I feel so blessed to have a career that I find happiness in.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team that I am a part of is unlike any other I have ever worked with. We all share the belief that communication is key, and we encourage and inspire one another to be better. I can say that one of the main reasons I look forward to work every day is because of the team that I am a part of.
