Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The regional leadership was great in terms of letting us know what changes were coming down from corporate in the near future, I owrked at Tablbots from 2015-2020 and had to quit due to pandemic and reduced hours that conflicted with my full time job. Our assistant store manager was phenomenal.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
As a part-time worker tryign to earn supplmental money for my home budget, tha ability to put 25-30% of what I earned into a IRA was a great selling point.

What are some of the best things about your team?
We did not have store meetings. Things got communicated by text or notes in our lockers. As a professional with a state agency, I found it an odd way to do business communication. It would have been great to have an private employee FB page where all updates could be communicated or via email.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I loved the other associates that I worked with. As an academic profesisonal, I got to know women in my community that I woudl have never met otherwise (both associstes and customers). It was a good experience on the whole.

What did you like most about the interview process?
Colleagial and positive interaction with the store manager at that time. Other experienced associates were generous with their time and knowledge during the training process.

What makes you most happy at work?
Helping someone find a garment that fits correctly (proportions match their body) and that is flattering. I was flumoxed by the number of women who did not know what size they were or thought they wore a different size than what actually fit. Sad to see the negative perceptions about size numbers.

HR needs to audit district and store managers frequently.

negative attitudes, hard work for little pay, no raises or rewards. Company should pay better and treat employees with dignity, and give raises. Also work place needs to be cleaned and healthier.
