The Southlake cheesecake factory is an unclean and unfair workplace. Servers are late frequently for their shifts or they no call no show. The kitchen is constantly messing up food and the way you are treated is based on favoratism instead of hard work and being a responsibe employee.

When certain servers and employees are on top of their work, as well as being able to multitask and converse politely.
What makes you most happy at work?
When everyone is doing their job correctly and diligently. When servers actually refill pictures and keep stations clean. When everyone does all of their side work. When the kitchen is on top of the food.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am never late to work. When I arrive early, I do work that is not assigned to me while off the clock to help out. During the shift, I help out my fellow employees as well as picking up the slack of other jobs that need to be done. Tip out should be based on tips earned, not employee sales.
