Being able to be part of the chain supply necasary to create all of the products. Now getting poison free drink made from my water rights thats what makes me happy DAMN GOOD WATER.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do feel undervalued. I work so hard to do what's right and it just seems almost impossible some days. Receiving my pay, and my benefits would greatly help me in my life. I've been with Coca-Cola and supporting the company for a long time now.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
We need to stand togwther and help eachother, give someone an "honest compliment" youd be amazed with how far simple comments can make differance . Every culture seems to turn against eachother even like Pepsi vs Coca Cola. Love and show care with empathy. People need things to survive, culture ,
