Positive, this is the most unique company I've ever seen. No matter who I talk to outside of work, they are always amazed with my description. I feel like I can be myself here and not be judged by it.
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing that I'm contributing to making it better. All of us work together to see if we can set the bar of success that much higher.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We know each other rather well. When it comes down to it, I know I can rely on my teammates to back me up when I need it.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
No matter who it is, the time, or the location; any time I wave and smile at someone, they always return it. It's very refreshing to have such a kind working environment.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They actually take what you have to say into account. Nothing seems too beneath them, when it comes to concerns that is. It's refreshing to have my voice be heard and my opinions valued.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Recently, I have decided to go back to school. When I told this to my manager, they informed me of a tuition reimbursement program. It takes a huge weight off of my shoulders to not worry about finances, just the schooling.
