I think the best way to show how awesome TA really is would be to ask employees how far they travel to work everyday. I believe the majority of employees commute here (some even live up to 1.5 hrs away). I live 30 minutes away on a good day, but have never even questioned if it was worth it or not.

I love how genuine they are. They truly care about each and every employee.

I only work 30 hours/week right now but I still receive 15 days of paid time off.
What makes you most happy at work?
You can't complain about the soda machine and catered lunches, but the people are what really make it.

We aren't just here to work, we are here to work with each other. They call it a TA family here and it really is.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The first thing I noticed when I started working here was the mutual respect everyone has for each other. Everyone is rooting for each other to go far, which you don't see at every company. It makes it a really positive place to come to work everyday.
