It's rare you find a company that provides mental health benefits. It's pretty neat there is a lawyer benefit as well

I love the flexibility of my job- my schedule, my workspace. Which makes my work life balance amazing and that makes me happy.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is always there to help if I ever need it, whether it's with questions or to cover me when I take PTO. We have each other's backs
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I really love how I can just be myself and how fun and inviting everyone is. There is just such an inclusive atmosphere you can't help but feel like there is nothing holding you back from speaking up and asking questions. There is no sense of fear like old jobs.
