I have had an awesome journey in my Topgolf career. The leaders I've had have all provided layers for me to continue to build upon my career with the company. I always tell family and friends that Topgolf has been good to me and good for me. I work for a company who affords me Fun & Growth in one!
What makes you most happy at work?
Interacting with the playmakers and seeing what new things will happen each day.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The health insurance coverage is generous especially having a son who is a type 1 diabetic. Also having access to mental health assistance comes in handy as of late.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The Topgolf leadership team is open about expectations as well as they often openly celebrate the WINS of the team! They invest in our development and continued education that assist us in being better leaders.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Topgolf is truly "ALL INCLUSIVE!" We truly embrace each individual as they are. Encouraging fun at the same time as we take pride in our jobs day in and day out. You become apart of a family no matter what location or venue you go to.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Its not always about work, they actually care about me as a person. My interest, my family and my day to day activity. When working with my team it's like working with family. We do check ins on one another often to discuss some work related items or personal.
