Working with my team, leading them through change and development. Topgolf is my happy place. I always feel like I am making an impact and my team is hungry to learn and develop.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are accessible. It is very rare to be able to get time with Sr Leaders in other companies. At Topgolf, I can call my National Director of Operations, Sr. National Director of Operations at anytime. I also feel comfortable reaching out to our VP of OPs and our Chief Operating Officer.
