Its been a rocket ship but its been fun. Previously I worked for a big bank and the culture here is totally the opposite. People are legit kind and work together for a common goal... which is to help people have fun and play more!

Everyone works together and supports each other. #ONETEAM
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The free golf lol. No seriously that is nice but the package is very competitive across the board... and free golf.
What makes you most happy at work?
Making peoples day! Come watch some kindergarten kids light up when they first hit that golf ball and see it go in the target... That makes me happy. Also the snacks and staff "Family Meals"... love those.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is a feeling that if we do our jobs well people have fun. Our Guests make memories, and share laughs with family and friends. We facilitate that. If success is looks like making someone's day how can we lose? It sounds blasé
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our Leadership thinks about associates well being in a serious way. The people are the priority and the business part falls into place when you make associates and their well being priority. Dont get it confused you wont be coddled. The expectation is that you execute but you will be supported.
