Very good company to work at. The strength is in our people. Great systems and blueprints in place to be the owner of your own success. Compensation is truly the one thing to see improved as our time is equal to nothing greater then that if we commit large amounts where is the reward that keeps us?

I've been in the hospitality industry for over 3 decades and Topgolf by far is the best company and best team of leaders to work with!

The people at Topgolf are the highlight, coupled with good benefits.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are knowledgeable, on the forefront of the industry, transparent with direction/goals/communication.
What makes you most happy at work?
The ability to have such a significant impact on the team and our guests.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
In comparison to venue revenue I believe salaried pay needs to increase along with head count for higher revenue performing venues.

Having a positive impact on others. Helping people to see their own potential. Connecting with so many different people from all walks of life.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It is our culture of caring, of creating feedback to grow and develop as industry leaders but also as humans. We support one another through life's ups and downs at a high level.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Insurance benefits are not the best, salaried pay not commensurate with size of business/revenue, hard to keep great people when pay standards are not aligned with providing good quality of life and having a work/life balance.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Diversity, everyone has the ability to feel included and be engaged with more then just showing up to do their job. The ability to forge great relationships through connecting people in positive and meaningful ways.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
We are consistently using progressive mindsets to adapt and stay current with industry trends and technology demands. Diversity and inclusion enhance our teams' abilities and the experience we create for all! Topnotch leaders at Topgolf!
What are some of the best things about your team?
Most of them care about the performance they put in, their colleagues and the players. The team helps to make the job worth the time invested. Also the diversity of how we build Topgolf teams is impressive.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The standards have risen in terms of competitive pay and while Topgolf has historically shown that we stay competitive, recent years have shown that the field level compensation is not as competitive as multiple other brands in the sector thus we're losing the ability to attract & retain top talent.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team is full of people that care about one another and have each others backs, work hard and expect nothing short of excellence. This is a culture that Topgolf believes in and encourages all venues to instill. TG attracts top talent because of many things but the culture, pay, quality of work.
